SOLUTION
Balancing machine calibration instructions
In our company, we have free on-site commissioning and training for engineers who purchase balance machines.
Dynamic balancing machines are often used to measure rotor imbalances to correct rotor measurements to improve the mass distribution of the balanced rotor, so that the vibration of the journal or the force acting on the bearing during rotor operation is reduced to the specified Within the scope. However, when we operate the balancing machine, we must first calibrate it or after long-term use, the parameters may change due to wear, relocation or replacement of parts, resulting in a decrease in the accuracy of the machine. The measurement error of the device must be eliminated by calibration. Before the calibration, ensure that all the wiring and balancer bases are in good condition and the input format is correct. (Note: Under normal circumstances, no calibration is required!)
Before the calibration, the support state of the calibration rotor and parameters such as a, b, c, r1, r2 should be input into the electrical measurement box, and the addition/de-weighting state should be set to the weighted state. The calibration process is as follows:
1.1. After the power-on self-test, prepare the rotor and test weight for calibration, press the calibration key, and then press the 0 key twice.The screen displays:
Sp=××××
1.2. Enter the speed you used when scaling, press the execute button to display:
bP=××××
1.3. Select the number of decimal places (1~3 optional), press the execute key to enter the next step, display:
Tt=××××
1.4. Input sampling frequency (1~4 is optional, it is recommended to select 1~2), then press the execute key to enter the next step, display:
AL=××××
1.5. Enter the left test weight, add the test weight to the left measurement surface, press the execute key to enter the next step, display:
PL=××××
1.6. After entering the phase of the left test weight, press the ENTER button to go to the next step and display:
Run······
1.7. Install the rotor and start the machine. After a few seconds, the pause indicator flashes and sounds, and stops, showing:
Ar=××××
1.8. Enter the right test weight, remove the left measurement interview weight, add to the right measurement surface, press the execute key to enter the next step, display:
Pr=××××
1.9. After inputting the phase of the right test weight (usually taking the same phase as the left side), press the ENTER button to enter the next step, displaying:
Run······
1.10. Start the machine, after a few seconds, the pause indicator flashes and sounds, the machine stops, showing:
CAL=A00
1.11. After removing the right test weight, press the “Execute” button.
1.12. Start the machine to run, after a few seconds, the calibration process ends and the system returns to the initial state, showing:
DPH-A80
1.13. Normal measurement is possible.
