Most of the mechanical equipment contains a large number of spare parts for rotating motion, such as various transmission shafts, main shafts, motors and turbine rotors, etc., commonly known as rotary bodies. When the rotating body rotates and does not rotate, the pressure on the bearing is the same, and such a rotating body is a balanced rotating body.


The various revolving bodies in the project, due to uneven material distribution or blank defects, deviations caused by machining and assembly, and even asymmetrical geometric shapes during design, etc., cause the revolving body to rotate, The centrifugal inertial forces caused by each fine particle cannot cancel each other. The centrifugal inertial force acts on the mechanical equipment and its foundation according to the bearing, causing vibration, generating noise, accelerating bearing wear and reducing the service life of the mechanical equipment.
To this end, the rotor must be balanced to the level of allowable balance accuracy or to reduce the magnitude of the mechanical vibration caused by this to within the allowable range.


How to do the dynamic balancing of the rotor?
1. First balance the rotor to the highest precision that can be achieved, and then prepare a removable weight that is 30-50 times larger than the rotor residual unbalance (the following steps are 100 grams according to the application weight, the rotor residual amount should be less than 2-3 g) The connection and loading form of the rotor and the dynamic balancing machine are unchanged, and directly enter the following test procedure.


2. Check if the various settings of the dynamic balancing machine are ok.


3. On the either side of the rotor, specify a weight of 45 degrees on the circumference of the rotor and add a weight of the weight that can be disassembled (the following weights weigh 100 grams). Start the dynamic balancing machine. The value should be 40-50 degrees, 90-110 grams (by 90% weight removal rate)


4. After the machine is stopped, the weight is removed and installed at an angle of 135 degrees on the same circumference of the rotor. Start the dynamic balance machine, the corresponding value of the dynamic balance machine should be 130-140 degrees, 90-110 grams (according to 90% deduplication rate)
