Assume that the outer circle of the rotor is used as the correction surface of the workpiece:
1. First calibrate the balancing machine. See the instructions for the calibration procedure.
2. After the calibration is completed, the unbalanced amount of the workpiece is measured by the balancer software. For example, the left correction surface of the workpiece has an unbalanced amount of 20g at an angle of 100 degrees, and the right correction surface has 30g at an angle of 150 degrees. At this time, find two 10g weights as the test weights. Add two 10g weights to the left 100 degrees and the right 150 degrees. Then measure the unbalance, if the left side is uneven. Measured by 10% of the weight of 10g, the unbalance on the right side increased by 10% of the weight of 10g, which means that the accuracy of the balance machine meets the accuracy requirements, and the balance machine is no problem. Otherwise, the balancing machine device is faulty.

To determine the quality of a balancing machine, a very important indicator is that after the rotor is detected, the value of the unbalance can reach a minimum state, that is, after the detection and treatment, the vibration and noise of the rotor disappear obviously during operation.
