1. First check if the rotor being balanced is qualified.

Such faults are common in the maintenance industry. For example, a car drive shaft may have a shaft that is bent, the joint gap is too large, the spline shaft gap is too large, or the spring piece of the flange fork joint is loose, resulting in a joint universal joint. These problems can lead to large balance errors. In the case of a curved drive shaft, it can be straightened with a straightening machine and then balanced: the universal joint of the flange fork link causes the balanced rotor to reverse 180°, resulting in a new imbalance. At this time, be sure to press the spring piece. Or add a thin copper skin fastening. The universal joint has a large clearance and can be replaced. The spline shaft can be repaired. 2. Is the balance speed stable?

The dynamic balancing machine generally sends the speed signal as a reference signal to the measuring system. If the speed is unstable, the reference signal is also unstable, and the processing is unstable after the microcomputer processing, and the error is large. In this case, check if the belt of the motor pulley is too loose: the belt driven rotor, whether the belt slips. If the above situation occurs, the belt needs to be tightened or replaced, and the speedometer can be used to check the speed of the motor itself.

3. The sensor is transmitted out.

The sensor of the dynamic balancing machine is the most sensitive component in the dynamic balancing machine. If the sensor has no output, or the output is unstable, it will cause balance error. The high-sensitivity three-meter can be used in the field to check whether the two sensors have output signals. Look closely at the signal changes. The rotor can be recalibrated.

Second, the impact of the workpiece

The requirement to correct the workpiece imbalance exceeds the ability of the dynamic balance machine to measure the residual imbalance, that is, the balance accuracy of the dynamic balance machine cannot meet the requirements of the workpiece balance.

The journal of the workpiece supports is not round and the surface roughness is too low.

The rigidity of the workpiece itself is not good, and deformation occurs at high speed to cause a mass deviation, or the workpiece itself has an unfixed member that moves or loosens in a rotating state.

The balance rotor produces significant vibrations in practical applications, which are not caused by the imbalance of the rotor itself, but by higher harmonics caused by the ellipticality of the rotor bearing journal or the difference in stiffness in the rotor structure. Fixed-frequency interference is due to frequent power fluctuations and noise, as frequent startups of other equipment are connected to the grid, or due to support frames of similar diameter rollers and rotor journals. Due to the imbalance of the process mandrel itself or the concentricity error between the mandrel mounting and the bracket and the gap error between the mandrel and the rotor, the balance rotor creates a large imbalance when it is repeatedly installed or used.

The actual working state of the workpiece rotor is inconsistent with the state of the balance check.

When correcting the uneven measurement of the workpiece rotor, the centroid position that is emphasized or removed from the balancer deviates from the corrected position displayed by the measurement.

1. There are high and low left and right supports to rub the left and right sides of the rotor or neck plane with the support.
2. The bearing seat is seriously worn or the pulley jumps.
3. There is dirt in the support area without lubricating oil.
4. The foundation of the installation balancer does not meet the requirements. The bottom joint surface is not padded, the anchor bolt is not tightened, or placed on the floor, causing resonance.
5. The output signal of the sensor is abnormal.
6. The fastening screws on the movable parts on the support frame are not fastened.
7. The transmission belt does not meet the requirements and the joints are obvious.
8. The photoelectric head of the dynamic balancing machine is not aligned with the positive and reflective papers, the mirror surface of the photoelectric head is blurred, and the position of the photoelectric head is skewed, resulting in angular deviation.
