Operating instructions for balancing machine

Before you become familiar with using the ring to drive the balancer, please keep the following points in mind:
 

1. Before starting the balancing machine, please pay attention to measuring whether the workpiece is in the middle of the belt. If the position is not correct, start the balancer by mistake and place the measurement workpiece in the middle of the belt before starting the balancer. The dynamic balancing machine is divided into front and back. The LCD screen is the front side and the other side is the back side. The starting point of the dynamic balancing machine must ensure that the center of the measurement workpiece is on the belt, that is, the middle of the support frame.

2. Before starting the balancer, check whether the red emergency stop button in the balancer operation button is pressed. If in the emergency stop state, rotate the emergency stop button to make it pop up.

3. Rotate the power switch of the balancer to turn on the power of the balancer. Press the CPU start button and wait for the blue welcome screen to appear on the LCD screen, indicating that the balancer has started successfully. If the LCD screen does not light up, it means that the balancing machine has not started normally. Please turn the power switch back to the original position, wait 5 seconds after turning off the power of the balancing machine to restart the balancing machine, until the startup is successful. If starting more than 3 times in succession, please contact the balancer manufacturer as soon as possible.

4. After the balancer starts up normally, the indicator light of the operation button will light up for 3 seconds and then go out. A blue welcome screen will appear on the LCD screen, and the balancer will enter the internal system self-test process. After a short self-test, the balancer enters the normal operating state, waiting for the operator to perform the next operation.

5. Turn off the power switch of the balancer by turning the power switch counterclockwise when balancing the machine.

6. When the balancer is running, an abnormal situation occurs. After measuring the derailment of the workpiece, manually press the "Cancel" key to stop it urgently or press the emergency stop button to turn off the power of the balancer. After turning off the power of the balancer, place the measurement workpiece in the measurement station and run again. A derailment protection sensor is provided inside the balancing machine. When the measuring workpiece leaves the measuring workpiece for 2 seconds, it will automatically stop running. Similarly, after turning off the power of the balancing machine, return the measuring workpiece to the measuring station for operation.
 

7. Due to the limited support weight and the complexity of the types of measurement workpieces, the weight of the measurement workpieces should not exceed the specified range of the balancer parameters. Do not overload the operation!
