Operation procedure of field dynamic balancing instrument

I. preparation

1. One removable multi-hole socket (220V power supply);

2. One electric welding machine;

3. Temporary and formal counterweight block (temporary counterweight is about 50g, formal counterweight is about 500g);

4. One precision electronic balance.

Ii. Pre-test preparation

1. Install the rotating speed probe on the magnetic base bracket, affix a reflector to the measuring point of the balanced rotor, connect the vibration probe with cables, and install them on the side plane of the front and rear bearing seats (note: the reflector should be firmly affixed to the rotor to avoid hurling people).

2. Connect the power cord with the host machine, speed probe and vibration probe.

3. Start the machine and adjust the position and sensitivity between the rotating speed probe and the balanced rotor appropriately.The distance between the rotating speed probe and the reflector is about 5mm.

4. Enter the initial MODE after starting up, select one-side balance, that is, press MODE key MODE, display as 1PL, and press confirm key ENT to confirm, at this time INIT light should be on.If other lights are on, press CAN key for 3 seconds to clear the zero and then choose the one side balance again.

Three, the initialization operation

1. After starting up, check the light and indicator on the operation panel (INIT light is on).

2. Check whether the balanced rotor is in the initial state without temporary counterweight and balanced counterweight.

3. START the motor and drive the rotor to rotate. Check the speed indicator (digital display).

4. In the process of operation, the actual waveform height and unbalanced Angle are displayed for 5 times in the indicator area 1#. When the initialization is completed, the TEST1 light is on (where the speed is not displayed in the process of operation, but is displayed when it is completed).

5. Stop the machine.

Four, plus temporary counterweight

1, stop any edge of impeller with a known weight of temporary counter weight, this position will be the balance of polar coordinates of 0 ° Angle and component balance of the first point (note: balance weight should be fixed on the weight of the same diameter).

2. START the motor. When the impeller reaches a certain speed and is stable, press START.

The actual waveform height and unbalanced Angle will be displayed for 5 times in the indicator. When the operation is completed, the speed will be displayed and the TEST1 light will flash (if the TEST1 light does not flash, it means that the temporary counterweight is too light. In this case, add a larger temporary counterweight and operate again).

4. After the balancing rotor is stopped, the temporary counterweight is removed. The number 1.00 is displayed in the height bar of unbalanced waveform, and "1" flashes.

5. The balance Angle and the weight of the balance weight will be displayed on the operation panel after the temporary balance value is input.

Five, add balance counterweight

1, according to the rotor rotation direction, with 0 ° as a benchmark, find the position of adding balance weight according to the balance Angle, weld balance weight (note: welding temporary weight and balance weight on the impeller should be considered when the weight of electrode used).

2. Start the motor after completion and measure the vibration value. If ideal, complete; if not, repeat operation.
