1. Introduction of tire dynamic balancing machine
There are many types of tire balancing machines on the market, mainly divided into horizontal dynamic balancing machines and vertical dynamic balancing machines. Vertical dynamic balancing machine refers to a dynamic balancing machine in which the shaft of the rotor to be balanced is in a vertical state. A horizontal dynamic balancing machine refers to a dynamic balancing machine in which the axis of the rotor to be balanced is in a horizontal state. 2. Types of tire counterweights:
There are two types of tire balance weights, one for aluminum spoked wheels and one for steel spoked wheels. The weights for aluminum wheels are glued directly to the inside of the rim. The weights for steel wheels are adhered to the inner and outer edges of the rim.
3. Working principle of tire dynamic balancing machine
When the wheels of the car rotate at high speed, a dynamic imbalance will be formed, which will cause the wheels to shake and the steering wheel to vibrate during the driving of the vehicle. In order to avoid this phenomenon or eliminate the occurrence of this phenomenon, it is necessary to increase the weight of the wheel under dynamic conditions, so that the wheel can correct the balance of each edge part. People usually call this correction process as dynamic balance. The dynamic balance of the tires should be checked regularly and checked with a dynamic balance tester. There are two types of tire balance: dynamic balance and static balance. A dynamic imbalance will cause the wheels to roll and cause wavy wear on the tires. Static imbalance creates bumps and bounce and often creates flat spots on the tires. Therefore, regular balance testing can not only prolong the service life of tires, but also improve the stability of the car when driving, and avoid traffic accidents caused by tire swing, bounce and loss of control when driving at high speed.
Principle of tire dynamic balancing machine:
Start the motor first to drive the tires to rotate. Due to the presence of unbalanced parameters, the centrifugal force applied to the piezoelectric sensor in each direction of the tire is converted into an electrical signal. By continuously measuring the signal, the computer system analyzes the signal to calculate the magnitude of the imbalance and the smaller position of the parameter, which is displayed by the display system. In order to meet the minimum imbalance, that is, sensitivity requirements, the sensors and A/D converters in the system must use high-sensitivity and high-precision products. At the same time, in order to ensure the repeatability requirements, the computer system must perform multiple measurements on the electrical signal, so a computer is required. The computing speed and testing speed of the system are high enough.
